Quality Service Center is Hiring a Customer Service/Advisor Near York, PA

Here is something for the right person who’s looking for a work - life balance and who wants to be part of a great automotive team. Are you a people person? Are people just naturally drawn to you? Would you love a 3 day weekend? Every weekend? If so, we should talk.
We are Quality Service Center, an automotive service and repair shop, and we are looking for a vibrant personality to be an assistant to our service advisor and impress our clients with great service.
Some Duties include:
  • Answering the phone
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Interacting with our amazing clients
  • Reviewing and preparing digital vehicle inspections for presentation to our clients
  • Sourcing auto parts from vendors
  • Estimating auto repairs
  • Presenting service and repairs
  • Intake and organization of parts
  • Collaborating with the technicians and service advisor to provide a seamless and amazing experience for our clients
This is a full-time position. We operate on a 4 day work week Monday-Thursday 10 hr. days. We are closed Friday – Sunday for you to enjoy more time with your family and friends.
